The Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro and Guadalajara, Mexico. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher service in operational efficiency and business value. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities. Implement automated TPRM process and tooling system Execute the Third-Party Due Diligence program requirements, including the up-front due diligence, on-going monitoring, issue management for all vendors while providing OE required reporting Align with global standards related to the GOP and TPRM Standard Collaborate with TPRM programs across the group to grow in alignment and partnership across the group sharing best practices and lessons learned Provides required reporting the customers on all current vendor relationships Responsible for creating and educating a learning module that will effectively engage business stakeholders Other duties and responsibilities as assigned: will have frequent contact with executive and senior-level business leaders, must be able to effectively advise, guide and influence decision making Required Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong analytical skills Third party risk / vendor risk management experience Experience with the third party risk management platform Process Unity Fluent in English Our people and culture Our diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
