Product Marketing Specialist -Power Products Mexico City | Full-Time | On-site/Hybrid We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Product Marketing Specialist to lead the growth of our Power Products portfolio in Mexico. If you’re passionate about market research, product strategy, and driving business impact—this role is for you. What You’ll Do As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth by: Leading market research and competitive analysis for multiple product lines. Sizing market potential and identifying new business opportunities. Defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market models. Building business cases for strategic initiatives and product launches. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy). Supporting marketing efforts to craft compelling messaging and thought leadership. Monitoring financial performance and ensuring product availability. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA is a plus). 5 years of experience in product marketing, offer management, or strategy. Proven track record in launching and managing product portfolios. Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and business case development. Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level stakeholders. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to lead initiatives and influence across teams. Experience in the electrical or industrial sector is highly desirable. Financial acumen for forecasting and profitability analysis.
