The Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities Security Management and Operations: Assist in managing and monitoring cloud environments to ensure optimal security and compliance. Support the implementation and maintenance of security management tools and platforms. Help develop and update processes and procedures with a focus on automation and efficiency. Security Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor security queues for assigned project tasks and provide continuous updates on open tickets. Assist in resolving assigned security incidents and change requests within the service level agreements for the client. Escalate any incident resolution issues in a timely manner to the service delivery manager and operations. Monitor operating system level vulnerabilities and assist in fixing open vulnerabilities. Compliance and Governance: Assist in adherence to regulatory requirements such as NIST, CIS, PCI, ISO 27001, and ISO 27017. Participate in security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements. Cloud Security Solutions Design and Implementation: Help to collaborate with stakeholders to understand security operations needs and gaps. Assist in the deployment and configuration of security controls across different cloud environments. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively in a globally distributed team, managing multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on cloud security management practices. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud security operations. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud security technologies and management practices. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for cloud security management. Required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of information technology and/or information security experience. Basic knowledge and expertise in major public cloud service providers: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Good knowledge of vulnerability management, end point protection, intrusion prevention and cloud security posture management. Understanding of firewalls, VPCs, security groups, and key management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues. Basic knowledge with log collection and storage is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
