Property Development Manager

I’m currently working closely with a leading European mobility solutions provider that is expanding their commercial team and looking for a skilled Property Development Manager to join them in Spain. This is a key position supporting the deployment of fast-charging infrastructure across the country, with a strong focus on site acquisition, commercial negotiation, and strategic development. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of EV infrastructure and involves direct engagement with property owners, commercial partners, and public institutions. You’ll be working cross-functionally with both local and international teams to secure and validate prime locations for the fast-charging network rollout. Key Responsibilities: Identify and implement strategies for the deployment of fast-charging station networks Source and validate new sites based on commercial viability and technical feasibility Lead negotiations with landowners, developers, and commercial partners, including lease agreements and tenders Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Network Management, and Operations, as well as the group's commercial and development units Monitor market and policy trends relevant to EV infrastructure Represent the company at trade shows and promote activities to external stakeholders Build strong relationships with municipalities, dealerships, property companies, and other key partners Requirements: Several years of experience in network development or EV charging infrastructure (site-by-site or key accounts) Background in property development, lease negotiations, and tender processes Solid knowledge of market players and the EV charging ecosystem Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities Analytical, detail-focused, and capable of handling multiple priorities Fluency in English and ideally Spanish and/or French Driver’s license and flexibility to travel as needed Feel free to reach out to c.ferreira@pipermaddox.com for more information, or apply directly with your CV!
