Line of Business: RMC Concrete Mixer Driver About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times What Are We Looking For Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement Strong commitment to safety and customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends Capable of lifting, climbing, and working in outdoor conditions Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $24.09 to $25.09 per hour Benefits through the Company for Medical, Dental and Vision Company paid vacation and holidays Union Pension Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
