This per diem opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work with the potential to grow into consistent part-time or full-time hours as our client base expands. Key Responsibilities for the In-home caregiver: Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing Support with transfers, mobility, and safe ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in the client's condition Follow individualized care plans and agency safety protocols Minimum Requirements for the In-home caregiver: High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least 6 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others Interim HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
