Direct Support Professional | In Home Services Worker

Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and physically capable individual to serve as a Direct Support Professional / In Home Services Worker . Key Responsibilities: Provide in-home support for clients, including personal care and mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and meal preparation Providing transportation to appointments, shopping, and community outings Respond quickly to on-call requests during scheduled hours Maintain professional and compassionate service at all times Requirements: Must be able to safely assist with lifting and transferring clients, including getting clients in and out of bed Must demonstrate proper lifting techniques and be comfortable using assistive devices when required Open to working with a diverse client base Work comfortably with both male and female clients Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work in homes that may include dogs and cats Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a similar field is required Perks: For the right candidate, we are willing to offer a guaranteed 40-hour work week Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives Paid training & Gas Mileage Reimbursement Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Company Description Enriched Home Health Services LLC is a family-owned business established in 2021.
