In this position, you will have the opportunity to : Organize and coordinate all production activities in accordance with priorities to ensure that objectives are met Maintain a safe, respectful work environment and climate based on the organization's values Plan and allocate resources (human and material) to ensure the smooth operation of equipment Monitor and analyze performance indicators and production results Identify production-related problems, participate in identifying areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize productivity in collaboration with experts Ensure that products comply with quality standards and technical specifications, and manage failures with workers Guide and supervise employees, train them in work procedures and safety rules, and evaluate their performance Enforce the company's rules of conduct, manage cases of non-compliance, take appropriate disciplinary action, and document incidents Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts Lead the various daily production monitoring meetings Promote and apply occupational health and safety practices Can you see yourself in this position? Profile With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role: Work schedule: 3 X 12h night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 1 Saturday per month 3 to 5 years' experience supervising staff, in a unionized and manufacturing environment Ability to plan, organize, direct and control Good people management skills and excellent interpersonal skills Sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and teamwork Ability to express suggestions for process improvement Knowledge of production management computer system and Office365 suite.
