Production Supervisor (3X12h night shift)

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role: Work schedule: 3 X 12h night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 1 Saturday per month 3 to 5 years' experience supervising staff, in a unionized and manufacturing environment Ability to plan, organize, direct and control Good people management skills and excellent interpersonal skills Sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and teamwork Ability to express suggestions for process improvement Knowledge of production management computer system and Office365 suite.
