As a Hilti Store Representative, you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day-to-day operations of the store as well as provide a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations. This is not an ordinary retail sales job, we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers in understanding their business needs and how our solutions can add value. The role is fast-paced and KPI driven yet also rewarding as you will play an active role in strengthening our partnerships with our customers. This is a permanent full-time role based at our Hilti Store in Seven Hills, NSW. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store Initiate customer contact, build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers Overall customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and inputted sales Achieve retail sales targets and profitable growth Maintaining Hilti’s customer database through Salesforce Maintain Operational Excellence - Inventory controls and processes, data entry quality, store utilities upkeep What do we offer?
