Our Graduate Program contains rotational opportunities across our business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across a two (2) year program. If you have recently completed or currently completing the last year of a bachelor’s degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you; Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical) or similar About You: We’re looking for Graduates who: Recently Completed, or in Final Year of Study Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic) Business and Commercial acumen a plus Care about Sustainability & Innovation as much as we do Have a passion for Learning and a Growth Mindset Strengths in Communication, Self-Awareness & Curiosity Program dates and Perks: Dates: February 2026 until January 2028 Our Graduate Program may contain 3 x 8 months rotations! This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years.
