Candidate Requirements: Must have at least 3 years previous experience in a Reservations role within a Lodge environment Proficient in using booking systems and be computer literate Strong organizational and time-management skills Have financial awareness invoicing and processing payments Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, telephonic and via email Have a high level approach to customer service and guest delight Be an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask very well Have great interpersonal and people skills Must be able to work well within a team Be able to perform tasks with attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy Live-in position
