Logistics / Courier Administration

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator that had experience with Courier Companies. QUALIFICATIONS · Martic certificate with Math and English · Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (advantageous) · Certification in Good Distribution Practices (GDP) or related logistics training (preferred) EXPERIENCE · 12 years experience in logistics, courier coordination, or administration, preferably in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or a regulated industry. · Proficiency in software platforms (e.g., Monday.com and Aftership) and courier booking systems (e.g., RAM, DCB, Aramex, Courier Guy, Akaciaway). · Experience with filing and scanning regulatory documents (e.g., batch records, prescriptions) is advantageous. · Familiarity with SAHPRA regulations, GMP, CTFA guidelines, and POPIA is preferred.
