Winemaker

Manage all aspects of the winemaking process, including crushing, fermentation, blending, aging, and bottling Collaborate with vineyard managers to monitor grape quality and determine harvest timing Develop wine blends and styles that align with market trends and brand goals Maintain accurate production records and comply with all regulatory requirements Oversee quality control procedures and perform regular lab testing Supervise and train cellar staff to ensure safe and efficient operations Participate in tastings, marketing events, and customer engagement activities as needed Degree in Viticulture, Enology, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in winemaking, with a strong understanding of the production process Excellent sensory evaluation and blending skills Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, especially during harvest season
