Junior Transport Controller

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Junior Controller to support our fast-paced Courier and Consolidation division . This isnt a basic admin rolethis is for someone whos hungry to learn operations inside-out. Youll work closely with our Consolidation Lead to plan and allocate daily deliveries, manage waybills, build truck manifests, and keep our courier movements tight and efficient. Youll need to think fast, communicate clearly, and take real ownership. What youll be doing: -Allocating part loads and courier deliveries across routes -Managing daily truck schedules and manifest control -Capturing and confirming waybills -Communicating with drivers and depots -Supporting consolidation planning and system updates Bonus if you have: -Experience in courier/logistics tech or route planning -Knowledge of POD workflows and consolidation principles What were looking for: -12 years logistics or transport admin experience -Solid attention to detail and basic systems knowledge -Strong communicator, both written and verbal -Someone who wants to grow into a full operations controller Closing date: 30 June 2025
