Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Automation & Integration Engineer to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. Location: Mexico (Remote/Hybrid) What You'll Do Campaign Configuration: Design, implement, and manage customer marketing campaigns to meet business objectives. Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven improvements. Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between communication platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses). Ensure data flows smoothly between systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement and troubleshoot integrations. Technical Expertise: Stay updated with communication platform latest features and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to marketing and development teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing campaigns and integrations. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Document processes, configurations, and integrations for future reference. What You'll Bring Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines utilizing ETL methods, REST APIs and workflow automation platforms, preferred. Experience creating and maintaining analytics dashboards for performance monitoring, preferred. Strong stakeholder communication including with senior leadership, preferred. Scripting language experience (Python / JS), preferred. Requirements Preferred Branch(es) of Study: IT, Marketing, Data Analytics. Between 4 and 6 years of experience in similar roles. Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines utilizing ETL methods, REST APIs and workflow automation platforms, preferred. Experience creating and maintaining analytics dashboards for performance monitoring, preferred. Strong stakeholder communication including with senior leadership, preferred. Scripting language experience (Python / JS), preferred.
