We are looking to add a three skilled Maintenance Technician's to our team at Rolling Oaks Apartment Homes , located in Fairfield, California. What you will do Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets Turn vacant apartments Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned Compensation details: 24-27 Hourly Wage PIc81e177cd33b-25448-38018090
