Your new role Oversee statutory financial reporting, tax filings, and regulatory submissions Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes using technology and best practices Ensure compliance with IFRS Play a key role in IPO readiness, focusing on reporting and financial controls. Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP, AR, payroll, and tax Optimise financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance What you'll need to succeed Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ) with ideally 5 years post-qualified experience Exposure to IPO readiness or post-IPO controls. In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS.
