Exciting Credit Controller Opportunity Based in West LothianProgression & Development options£27000-£30000 Your new company Hays are proud to be working with a fast-growing manufacturing organisation who are looking to add an enthusiastic Credit Controller to their finance function due to increased workload as a result of company growth. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for: Supporting with managing a portfolio of client accounts Onboarding and managing new accounts Ensuring outstanding accounts are collected Reconciliation of customer accounts Resolving internal and external queries Weekly debt reviews Forecast unexpected payments Update the progress on outstanding accounts Raising credit paperwork and issuing copies of invoices and credits Chase and resolve debts Process funds, taking payments, uploading payments from branches. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will be a motivated credit professional who has experience in a similar position and be comfortable communicating at all levels within an organisation. You will have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in Excel.
