Job Description

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead operational improvement initiatives and drive a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and performance excellence in our 24/7 automotive manufacturing facility. Perks: $105 - 120K 20% bonus benefits pension vacation What You’ll Do: Lead plant-wide continuous improvement strategies and initiatives Oversee accurate and timely reporting of key manufacturing data Manage plant data systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility Lead cross-functional teams in structured problem solving and Lean projects Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standard Work, and other Lean tools Ensure SOP integration and process discipline for all improvement activities Optimize MES and SAP use to support efficient and accurate operations Mentor staff at all levels in CI tools and techniques Support performance monitoring, cost reduction, and KPI tracking What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field 5 years of leadership experience in operations or manufacturing Strong background in Lean, CI tools, and cross-functional team leadership Hands-on experience with MES, MRP, ERP systems (SAP preferred) Ability to lead in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills Nice to Have: Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification Familiarity with IATF 16949 or similar automotive quality standards Why Join Us?
