Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our St - Augustin location.The successful candidate will responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties and Responsibilities Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branchAchieve asset management and market share goalsManage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employeesProvide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressuresManage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit ServicesOther duties as assignedRequired SkillsA demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staffA strong work ethic, combined with a dedication to excellenceRelevant post-secondary education is considered an assetRequired ExperienceMust have several years' experience in the heavy equipment fieldProven product support background and understanding of the departmental operations
