Accounts receivable clerk

Your duties will include - Carry out monthly invoicing of rents - Cash receipts - Deposits - Produce the 13th invoice - Bank reconciliations - Rent collection - Manage leases - Other related tasksWhat we are looking for: - Experience in the property sector - Customer service skills - Attention to detail What we offer: - A salary of 55k bonus - A 37.5-hour schedule with a summer schedule ending early on Fridays - Flexible group insurance paid 60% by the employer - Long-term life and disability insurance - 4 weeks' holiday (excluding construction)
