We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions. I am looking for an accounting technician for my client in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil in person with Friday afternoon off.Specific responsibilities: Enter invoices and account statements. Record and control customer accounts, supplier accounts, accounting entries and the inventory file. Maintain accounts in accounting software. Prepare the various declarations (DAS, GST/TVQ, etc.). Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations. Prepare adjusting entries following the accounting presentation standards established by the company. Prepare or coordinate the preparation of financial statements, summary statements and other business analysis and financial management reports. Collaborate in the development of summary reports such as financial statements, balance sheets, graphs, etc. Record year-end entries. Requirements, knowledge, experienceDiploma of professional studies in accounting. 3 years of experience in similar functions. Very good general knowledge of accounting software.
