Powertrain Parts Return (Contract)

The Powertrain Parts Return (Contract) goal is to strengthen the warranty issue detection and analysis process. The Powertrain Parts Return (Contract) position at a Canadian part return facility is responsible to monitor and optimize all Canadian PT related part returns. This involves reviewing, analyzing, testing, specific returns to feed back findings to the responsible party. To do so, the applicant will be interfacing regularly with manufacturing, engineering, and supply base to come up with containment and quick resolution. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Data analysis, managing part returns, return part analysis, setting up testing environments, and supplier part reviews. The candidate will be interacting with all Canadian dealers. Based on their claim analysis findings, misdiagnosed claims will be challenged and charged back in the in Global claims System.
