Position: Data Entry Clerk Location: OttawaJob Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking meticulous and reliable Records / Data Entry Clerks for our client. The role involves organizing, counting, and preparing documents for scanning following strict procedures.Key Responsibilities:- Organize documents, remove staples, discard unnecessary materials, count pages, and prepare log sheets according to company standard operating procedures.- Move boxes (up to six per week) from storage to the work area and back once processed.- Accurately log data and provide weekly progress reports via Office 365 Teams.- Prepare and ensure adherence to preparation and organization standards before files are scanned.- All work must be completed onsite, with no offsite or remote work permitted.Qualifications:- At least 12 months of relevant experience in document management or records preparation.- Proof of post-secondary education required.- Valid enhanced reliability clearanceIf this is something that interests you then we would love to hear from you.
