Job Description
Education: BCom Degree in Accounting (essential) Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable/Creditors function High level of accuracy in invoice capturing and reconciliations Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and problem-solving skills Accounts Payable Processing Accurately capture, match, and process supplier invoices and credit notes Ensure compliance with internal controls and supplier terms Payment Reporting & Month-End Support Prepare and process payment batches for approval Maintain updated and accurate payment schedules Support month-end close by preparing accounts payable reports and ensuring all transactions are recorded Vendor Management Liaise with suppliers regarding payment queries, outstanding documentation, and statement requests Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Reconciliations Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts and related financial records Resolve discrepancies timeously Please apply directly, by clicking on the apply button or visit
