Warehouse Specialist Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs Job Type: Temp Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp) Reporting to: Warehouse Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of a finished goods warehouse for Crop Protection products Supervise warehouse staff, optimize processes, and ensure compliance Coordinate warehouse activities and maintain accurate inventory Implement stock control procedures and manage inventory Ensure HSE compliance and drive dangerous goods program Recruit, train, and lead warehouse team Control expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external partners Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 3 years experience in Distribution & Warehousing Diploma in relevant field Strong logistics understanding and execution Computer literate, Microsoft Office proficient, SAP experience Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Agricultural chemical & seed markets advantageous Fluent in English, Afrikaans, local vernacular advantageous Results-oriented and able to work effectively in a global matrix-based environment
