Technical Supervisor

Purpose To provide field service support to dealers and contractors, by effectively resolving problems related to equipment faults, installation challenges, service problems and technical training in a way that enhances the Company's brand as being customer focused. Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 years experience in HVACR (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Refrigeration) Systems operation and control Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CAD or/and Revit is an add-on Required Competencies Highly motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction Problem solver Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain happy customers Honesty, integrity and ethical conduct at all times Passionate and self-drive Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Able to attend to customers request on a short period or no period at times Willing to go the extra mile Key responsibilities Field service support and supervision of all of the company's equipment installed base for South Africa, [Export Countries Upon Request] Commissioning of all VRF System installations as installed by responsible dealer/s Management and attention of all site call-outs, equipment failures and fault trips Accurate and professional reports for all commissioning and site work Academy management and training of all course material to attending students Design of all VRF System tenders and enquiries Technical rectification in liaison with Engineering Support in international HQ Manage client technical questions, queries, incoming via multiple channels Auditing of all equipment installations performed by Dealer Network where any unit failures may occur Installation supervision, VRF Systems, where necessary Upon request only by the relevant Division to support The Engineering Team with Mechanical Consultant visits and projects, [South Africa and Export Countries] Supervise B2B Team according to company policies
