Job Description
Minimum requirements: Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar administrative role (minimum 3 years) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Key responsibilities: Email and inbox management Monitor, triage, and flag priority emails Draft and format responses for review File and organize email folders systematically Calendar & meeting coordination Schedule meetings, avoid clashes, and ensure buffer time Send reminders and prepare agendas Take minutes and track action items where needed Document & report preparation Create and format spreadsheets, presentations, and reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Assist in compiling management packs and board reports Task and project follow-ups Track outstanding items with internal and external stakeholders Send follow-ups and status updates Confidential personal admin Book travel, appointments, and handle private admin when required Organize digital filing systems and backups Consultant: Thandi Speelman - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
