PERSONAL ASSISTANT COUNTRY GUIDE MANAGEMENT- Epping Industrial R18000 - R25000 depending on experience Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual with a personal assistant profile to act as a Country Guide and Documentation Manager to our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and maintenance of country-specific guides, relocation documentation, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met across all brands and client services. Key Responsibilities: Country Guides & Documentation Management: Develop and manage comprehensive country-specific relocation guides that cover vital information such as immigration policies, customs regulations, tax laws, housing, transportation, healthcare, and more. Ensure that all documentation required for relocation (visa applications, work permits, customs forms, etc.) is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with the latest legal and regulatory standards in each country. Coordinate with local experts and internal teams to compile and review content for the guides, making sure that it is relevant, clear, and user-friendly. Monitor changes in international laws and regulations affecting relocations and ensure that all processes comply with those changes. Assist in developing and enforcing policies related to international relocation documentation and compliance. Work closely with relocation teams across various brands to ensure consistency and alignment in processes and documentation management. Provide training and support to internal teams on new guidelines, regulatory updates, and documentation processes. Maintain up-to-date records of documentation statuses and compliance across all relocations. Key Requirements: Skills: Exceptional organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Desirable Attributes: Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment. Ability to adapt to and manage change in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. A strong understanding of customer service and the ability to deliver excellent service in a sensitive, international context - Matric, minimum of 4 years PA experience, certificate in administration
