Intermediate Full-Stack Developer

Job Purpose: The role involves working across the frontend, backend, and mobile integration layers to develop reliable software solutions that streamline operational processes. Youll collaborate with internal teams, follow structured development practices, and contribute to enhancing system performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain functionality across the web portal and companion mobile app. Develop both frontend (React) and backend (.NET) components as part of a unified platform. Participate in design reviews, clarify requirements, and collaborate with testing teams. Deliver clean, well-structured code within agreed timelines. Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency with development standards. Engage with testers to demonstrate new features, gather feedback, and plan refinements. Proactively propose better ways of handling complex development challenges. Complete thorough testing before handing off work for final review. Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years in full-stack or web application development. Proficient in C#, .NET (preferably .NET 6 or newer), and React. Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and confident in writing complex queries. Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (ideally using Azure DevOps). Interest or experience in Flutter/Dart mobile development. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently. Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating clearly across teams. Nice to Have: Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools. Familiarity with Power Automate or similar automation platforms. Experience with messaging integrations such as the WhatsApp Business API.
