Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all warranty-related processes, ensuring accurate claims submissions and maintaining compliance with manufacturer standards. This role requires close collaboration with all departments and a strong focus on administrative accuracy. Key Responsibilities Process and submit warranty claims accurately and timeously Monitor and track claim approvals, rejections, and follow-ups Maintain and update warranty records and documentation Liaise with service, parts, and sales departments regarding claim-related matters Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company warranty policies Prepare and submit reports on warranty activities Coordinate audits and respond to audit queries Manage warranty claim adjustments and corrections Verify parts and labour charges against claim requirements Assist in identifying warranty trends and recurring issues Support other departments with warranty-related queries Provide administrative support across the dealership when needed Key Attributes High attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Deadline-driven and organised Ability to work independently and in a team Problem-solving mindset Requirements Matric certificate Minimum 2 years of experience in a warranty clerk or similar role Experience in processing warranty claims within the automotive sector Strong administrative and computer skills Familiarity with dealership systems such as Keyloop, Drive, or similar platforms Ability to support multiple departments Remuneration R12 000 R16 000 per month, depending on experience * Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
