Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling incoming correspondence Provide administrative support to various departments Maintain a tidy and professional reception area Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Handle general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry ð¯ Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans. (verbal and written) Professional appearance and attitude Strong administrative and organisational skills Computer literate (MS Office Suite) Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
