Junior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Evaluating and managing cost data for facility condition assessments Taking-off quantities for construction cost estimates and bills of quantities Reporting on construction cost Any other responsibilities that can normally be expected of this position Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree / diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field Key Skills Microsoft Office (Excel) Some knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ready to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals Some experience with WinQS and DimensionX (or CostX) software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
