Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant/Receptionist Location: Pretoria East Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a personal assistant/receptionist. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel - Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff members - Handle and prioritize incoming emails, messages, and correspondence - Maintain office supplies and ensure office is organized and presentable at all times - Provide administrative support to senior executives as needed - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software - Professional demeanor and appearance - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information This is a half day position.
