You will be required to operate a busy switchboard efficiently and professionally. You may be required to assist with ad hoc admin duties as needed. You must comprehend, read, and speak fluent English. Being fluent in Afrikaans is beneficial. You must have exceptional telephone etiquette and a professional and courteous telephone voice. You must have a customer service approach to your job. You must be able to manage an extremely busy switchboard effectively. You must be able to manage conflict situations.
