Job Description

As the Sous Chef you will contribute meaningfully to the kitchen operations, creating memorable dishes that add to the guest experience. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years experience running a kitchen. Experienced in stock taking, ordering, and staff management. Preparing traditional, family-style meals aligned with the camps theme. Strong knowledge of health & safety standards. Must have own reliable transport. NOTES Accommodation and meals are included in the package. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
