Executive Chef

Qualifications: Educational Requirements: Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or 5-star lodge environment. Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Knowledge of sustainable and farm-to-table cooking practices. Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly. Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing financial performance. Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes. Guest Service Orientation: Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs and preferences. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
