Executive Sales

Anchor Tape is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive / Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives within the packaging and adhesive solutions industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identify and acquire new business opportunities within various industries (manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, etc.). Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and service excellence. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients. Skills & Requirements: Minimum of 35 years experience in sales, preferably within the packaging, industrial tape, or manufacturing sectors. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively. Own reliable transport and a valid drivers license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong business acumen and ability to understand client operations and supply chain needs. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Technical knowledge of adhesive products or industrial materials will be an advantage.
