Job Description
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, ambitious self-starter with a passion for customer service. The main purpose of the job is to oversee all office tasks to ensure that sales goals are met and that tasks are performed efficiently at the Branch. You will also oversee financial reporting, hire and train staff, and grow the branch. Key areas of responsibility will include: Branch Management. OHS Management. Warehouse and Stock management. Finance and Budget management. Extensive Sales Management experience. Manage productivity and profitability. Sales and marketing to retain and expand the customer base. Human Resource management. Technical support to staff and clients. Ensure administrative procedures and policies are adhered to. Qualifications and experience: A minimum of 7 years Branch Management experience. Relevant experience in the hydraulic or related industries. A sound technical and sales background. Exceptional communication and people management skills. Experience in Finance & Budget Management. Ability to deal both strategically and operationally. Knowledge and Management of OHS. Collaborative. Inquisitive with attention to detail. Medically Fit. Reside locally in the Durban area.
