This is an exceptional opportunity to join their HR leadership team as Regional Learning and Development Lead for Asia Growth Markets. Position Overview As the Regional Learning & Development Lead, you will drive a unified learning strategy across key markets in Asia. Your focus will be on building a culture of continuous learning by creating development programs that align with global standards and local needs. Working closely with HR and Talent teams, you will lead key capability and leadership initiatives to support business growth and transformation. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Regional Head of HR for Asia Growth Markets, you will develop a multi-year learning plan with business leaders, adapting global strategies to local needs. You will collaborate with internal teams, global L&D, and external partners to design and deliver scalable learning programs for both white- and blue-collar workforces. Managing the full learning cycle, you will leverage data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the L&D team, fostering professional development and knowledge-sharing across the organization and wider HR community. Requirements You are degree-qualified with at least 12 years of experience in learning and leadership development, including team management. You are hands-on with facilitation and skilled in stakeholder engagement. Exposure to blue-collar or manufacturing workforces is essential, as you will develop multi-modal, scalable, and sustainable learning interventions across the region.
