Job Description

Our client is a leading FMCG Company, which has embarked on growing their APAC Business. They are looking to hire E-Commerce Director, Singapore & Malaysia, reporting to the General Manager. This will step into a dynamic leadership role with the potential to make an extraordinary impact, serving as the overall business leader for Singapore, steering strategy and driving results across all facets of the market. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Own and drive the e-commerce P&L across all marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, amazon) and its own dot com Providing strategic direction for joint business planning, campaign execution, and commercial negotiations with platform partners Continuously improve UX/UI, navigation, PDP quality, and mobile optimization on it's .com and platforms in conjunction with the marketing teams Ensuring strong internal coordination between KAMs and cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to drive execution excellence Requirements You will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Ideally, you should have proven track record of growing online sales and having merchandising experience on all ecommerce platforms. You will possess a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management.
