Join TeamTengah TengahHealthCampus Key Responsibilities As part of the pioneer team for the new hospital and a member of the dynamic multi-disciplinary Cluster/Site Finance team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable healthcare for our community by being involved in: · Manage the development and implementation of finance processes, policies and procedures, providing hands-on guidance and oversight to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. · Lead the development and implementation of planning and budgeting as well as Finance IT system set-up · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders by participating in the regular planning meetings and activities including design workshops, IT systems planning and user acceptance testing partnering relevant internal and external stakeholders · Nest at other institutions to observe and learn best practices in process implementation, business support, partnering and system, informing the setup and operationalization of the new hospital · Lead the development of financial analytics and scenario modelling for insights and trends to drive key decision · Oversee the monitoring of actual performance against targets, proactively identifying variances, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions as needed. · Key communication liaison among the various stakeholders, management, and external stakeholders to facilitate necessary discussions to allow for the successful set-up of thehospital · Manage end-to-end process for funding requests, utilization tracking and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements · Provide mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary support to perform their roles effectively. · Besides on-the-job training, successful candidates will be sent for relevant courses and nesting within established operations to gain hands on process experience. Requirements Educational Qualifications · Possess a good degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, or equivalent Experience · At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience in Finance · Healthcare experience is a plus Skills and Competencies · Strong logical, analytical, and process flow skills to translate financial simulations into viable recommendations. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, and Word. · Proven capabilities with SAP knowledge is an added advantage. · Excellent project management skills in driving/supporting major projects.
