SAP successfactors

Must have skills: Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Should have experience of at least 3 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Should have experience on how integration/ replication works between SuccessFactors and SAP HR (ECC) Excellent understanding of the Employee Life Cycle Management process. Able to understand and transform Business requirements into System Configuration and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices. Experience in preparing and executing Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts. Knowledge in Notification
