Job Description

Sales Manager Position objective: In this position you will supervise and organize sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial, electronic or related Engineering Bilingual English/Spanish Verifiable experience in sales for automotive industry (is a must) 5 years or more of selling plastic products and copper wiring (preferred) Experience making quotes Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management. Experience managing and directing a sales team. Ability to understand the funability of a product MS Office Proficient Availability of travel. Strong background in the automotive sectors Up-to-date knowledge of local market dynamics and challenges Proven sales skills and commercial acumen Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments Bilingual fluency Korean & English Vacancy Located: Durango, Dgo., or Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico Main responsibilities: Manage healthy and long-lasting relationships with clients Development and training of large accounts Achieve and maintain effective sales Monitor customer satisfaction Evaluate and analyze necessary information to get clients. Maintain positive and effective relationships with key people in the market Create the difference between the competition by creating offers and developing prices in conjunction with the business Understand customers and be essential support Solve incidents that arise with the client Retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Develop strategies to advise clients to a mutual benefit Understand and apply the one goal to this company´s mission Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Preparation of high-level presentations Skills: Strategic Strong communication Effective negotiation with external and internal clients. Teamwork Take the lead in each assigned project Schedule availability Problem-solving Management of multiple activities simultaneously Outgoing Customer service orientation.
