Equipment Validation Engineer (Medical Industry)

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Validation Engineer II (Equipment ) to support the development, validation, installation, and ramp-up of the new machine and equipment. This role is critical to enabling capacity growth for SOT (Swage-On Tip) products and aligns with our long-term automation strategy. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new automated equipment. Lead and support equipment validation activities (IQ, OQ & PQ) in compliance with medical device industry standards. Execute and document Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Machine Qualification processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D. Integrate and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and vision systems. Ensure proper integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Support continuous improvement initiatives and capacity expansion projects. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. 3 years of experience in the medical device industry is required. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and validation protocols (IQ, OQ and PQ´s) in a medical manufacturing environment. Intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken). Proficiency in: - MES systems - PLC programming and troubleshooting - Vision systems - Automation technologies - FAT and equipment validation
