Mandatory Skills Description: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Project coordination or management experience, preferably in an IT setting. - Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation and or compliance policies and processes. - Understanding of IT experience (Infrastructure, Networking and Datacenter Migration), including Microsoft email solutions. - 2 years of experience leading development teams. - 2 years of experience as SCRUM Master - 2 years of experience as BA and/or PO - Proficiency in the use of Atlassian collaboration tools (other collaboration tools are welcomed). - Is able to work with Agile coaches and other SCRUM Masters to grow within the role. Identifies when there is a gap and immediately ask for help. -Participation in projects and experience with: - Networking - Infrastructure - Data Migration -English: C1 Advanced and Spanish: C1 Advanced
