Solution Engineer

Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our customers, you will work with our Italian clients and be responsible for the following: Present VusionGroup solutions and gather customer requirements for independent or medium-sized retailers, working closely with sales teams in the area. Assemble, lead, and coordinate teams around presales projects to prepare for the rollout of solutions for independent or medium-sized retailers. Monitor projects using shared tools. Ensure that deadlines are met and costs are controlled. Act as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues, including technical integration, upgrade requests, and installations. Support the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers. Qualifications: We are looking for: Individuals with 3 to 5 years of higher education with a strong IT focus, and initial experience in project management and/or IT (development, networking, etc.). You are eager to apply your technical skills in a fast-growing international group that values a human scale and is a leader in its market. As a true orchestral conductor, you will be responsible daily for the progress of your projects and for customer satisfaction. Fluency in Italian is essential, and you should be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English. Organized, tenacious, efficient, with excellent interpersonal skills, a fast learner, and eager to take on responsibilities within a demanding and ambitious company.
