Due to extensive international operations of GPH, we expect the successful candidate to have the following qualifications: A skilled Architect or Engineer with strong experience in master planning and 3D visualization to lead the development and presentation of large-scale masterplans. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative visualization skills to produce comprehensive, compelling plans and presentations. The candidate can be located in Spain and or Turkey, English is a must Spanish highly preferable Key Responsibilities: Develop masterplans including site analysis, zoning, infrastructure, landscaping, and phased development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants. Create detailed 2D drawings and technical documentation compliant with regulatory requirements. Produce high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and animations to visualize masterplan concepts. Prepare presentation materials for clients, stakeholders, and public consultations. Update designs and visuals according to feedback and evolving project needs. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, project timelines, and budget constraints. Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field. Proven experience in master planning and large-scale urban projects. Strong proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit), GIS, and 3D visualization software (SketchUp, Vray, Lumion). Ability to analyse site data and integrate technical and environmental factors into designs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively under short deadlines in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Remote or hybrid work options available, with occasional travel to project sites as needed
