Localisation: Barcelona (Spain) Remote: 1 day per week Seniority: Experimented (3 years MINIMUM of experiences) Salary : Up to 45 000€ fixed variables LANGUAGE: FRENCH SPEAKER ABOUT THE CLIENT A fast-growing company helping clients tackle commercial and sales challenges. Recently boosted by the acquisition of a company with an existing Sales Ops team. Now it’s time to scale and they’re looking for someone to lead and optimize their entire recruitment process! THE CONTEXT 10 new clients signed = high urgency to recruit SDRs. A strategic need to rethink the entire recruitment approach. Your mission: take the lead and help the company scale by building a strong recruitment engine. THE ROLE This is a key and strategic role within the company – a real opportunity to make an impact. As the Talent Acquisition Leader , you will: Build and implement the recruitment strategy. Set up partnerships with schools, bootcamps, and other relevant communities. Audit current processes and suggest improvements. Support and coach the Talent Acquisition who is already in the team. Boost employer branding and visibility in the market. YOUR PROFILE 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role. You speak English fluently French is a must You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven. You know how to build a roadmap and execute on it.
