Job Description
OFG selects Radio network optimization engineer with GSM/LTE/NR Huawei experience. Main Tasks: 1) Mobility strategy audit and optimization suggestion 2) LNR parameter audit and optimization suggestion 3) LTE/NR CA parameter suggestions 4) Scripts preparation and RFC verification 5) KPI analysis and troubleshooting 6) Weekly technical report preparation Requirements: 5 years of Radio Network Optimization experience in total (GSM/LTE/NR Huawei Experience is a must) 1 years of Radio Network Optimization experience in NR. Experienced in multicarrier and multi-layer (2G, 4G & 5G) networks Special tools required: Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business object, Romes, TEMS Team player and Flexible in working hours. Well experienced in swap/moderniyation projects. Good communication skills. Excellent verbal and written English language skills is a must Workplace : Remote from Spain,Hungary,Romania,Czech Republic,Austria. First week onsite. Duration : 2 months, from 07/07 to 07/09
